  • How do I access the Franchised Distributor Search?

Stock Net (stknet.com) has been merged with EEM.com. We have combined our data with EEM.com to provide a more powerful search. You can go to the Franchised Distributor Search and begin.

  • I am a distributor - How do I post inventory for the Franchised Distributor Search?

For information for participating distibutors, go to Franchised Distributor Help.

  • What happens if I change my E-mail Address?

If you have changed your e-mail address, you should re-register with the new address.
This will allow us to contact you with information.

  • I can't find a device on your IC Parametric Search. Why not?

Some parts--and categories of parts--may be currently unavailable while our IC database is being restructured. If you would like to request that a part be added to the site, please e-mail us the part number, type of device, and manufacturer information, and we will do our best to add it to our database.

  • Where do I find a datasheet on a particular part?

We are currently in the process of adding datasheet accessibility to our data. Datasheets for some company's parts are available now; many others will become available in the coming weeks.

If you cannot determine the manufacturer or the part is not listed at the manufacturer's web site, e-mail us and we will try to help you.

  • I'm a manufacturer. How do I add or update my company's information on your site?

We are very interested in ensuring that our data is complete, and we will be adding features in the coming months to assist in this process. For now, please e-mail us so that we may work out the best way to update your information.

  • Which browser should I use to access EEM.com?

To optimize your experience, we recommend using Internet Explorer version 4 or above, or Netscape 4 or above.

  • When I can't find a part, how can I alert the EEM / IC Master editorial staff?

Once registered and logged in, EEM provides users with a link from the home page to submit base part information. Once approved, the part information is added to the EEM database.

  • Where can I find information on IC Master or EEM CD-ROMs?

Although we do not plan to produce any new CDs, you can find the CD-ROM FAQ here for help.
